TOFU and YOGURT VEGGIE DIP w/ Fresh Herbs (a knock off of ranch dip)

If you have an herb garden, this is a great recipe for you to have on hand.  If you don't, I HIGHLY recommend you start one! :)  Dry herbs are fine too.  To get closest to fresh herbs, try out FREEZE DRIED herbs found near your produce.  

Toss all the ingredients in a food processor.  Taste and adjust herbs/salt until satisfied.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup of soft tofu (firm is fine, too)
1/4 cup Fage or plain greek yogurt
a splash of EVOO
a squeeze of lemon
Fresh Herbs:  dill (lots of it!), chives, cilantro
salt &  pepper to taste (only sea salt)
a dash of hot sauce

**If you have kefir, this is a great recipe to toss in some of that, too!
