SAUCE: THE SECRET SABOTAGE

Today I made a turkey sandwich on Ezekiel bread.  As I pulled out my 0 calorie mustard, it reminded me of a conversation I had with my friend a couple of weeks ago about sauces/condiments and how all those little squirts and dips can completely sabotage a person's diet.

I pulled out some of the condiments/sauces in my frig to compare.  Take a look at your labels and next time you eat that sandwich, make a GOOD CHOICE.

Spicy Brown Mustard:  10
Ketchup: 40
LIGHT Ranch:  50
Mayo:  90 cal
Miracle Whip:  40 cal
Gates Bar B Q Sauce:  35
