Clean Powdered Sugar

For every cup of powdered sugar you need, replace w/ a cup of sucanat and 1 tsp of corn starch.

Place in BLENDER on high until it is a very fine powder.  Do NOT use a food processor...it won't get the texture 'fine' enough.

EASY PEASY!

**This will have a very strong molasses flavor.  Experiment w/ different recipes that call for powdered sugar.  It doesn't work for everything.
