30 Second Basil Pesto

1 Cup of Fresh Basil Leaves...I didn't measure mine, just cut a big handful from my garden
1/2 cup of whole almond, pecans or pine nuts
about 1 clove of garlic
1 small chunk of parm cheese
a little sea salt
a little freshly ground black pepper
Olive oil...hmmmm...I just poured it in a little at a time until I got the desired consistency.

Put everything except oil in food processor.  Once it's blended pretty good, start drizzling in your oil and continue mixing until it's "just right"...takes 30 seconds!

Use on grilled chicken, a turkey sandwich on focaccia bread, toss w/ whole wheat pasta, chicken, and tomato, or...for a yummy snack, slice your garden tomato and drizzle a little on top and dig in!!!!
